June 20, 2011  The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking to elderly women to help them locate one of the country’s most wanted criminals.  The agency announced yesterday that new pleas for information in its search for 81-year-old James “Whitey” Bulger will focus on his longtime girlfriend Catherine Greig.

Catherine Greig called ‘cold-hearted criminal’ by Timothy Connors, whose father was murdered 37 years ago today.  “You are as much a criminal as Whitey, and you ought to be handled as such,’’ Connors said to Greig at her sentencing hearing in US District Court. “You are a cold-hearted criminal.”
